Yes, I know we are slackers...I have nothing humorous or interesting to write, but I do have lots of cute pictures of my kid and maybe a few captions. We just finished painting Maddox's room, so I put up a picture of his room, which is a work in progress. My new favorite online toy store is called Oompa.com, it has all the stuff that I would love to fill Maddox's room with, at prices that I cannot afford (but it is fun to look).
Maddox has recently learned to stand in his crib and can entertain himself for many minutes just standing holding onto the rail, looking proud...
and finally, just annoyed because I keep snapping pictures
I know what you are thinking, enough of the kid with different expressions in his crib.
Here's one of the kid with a different expression in his stroller-
As you can probably tell by the enthusiastic look on his face, he loves walks. Actually, he does love walks; this picture was taken when I tried to pass off a quick stroll around the living room for a walk. I kept oohing and awwing and telling him to look at all the cool furniture and even put on the Discovery channel, but he wouldn't have it... so I look him out for a walk in the rain. The next picture illustrates why going on walks is a big embarrassing production, I for one, do not like to draw attention to myself. Maddox, however; is a different story -
If this were a video image you would see him manically pumping his legs and hear him shrieking at the top of his lungs. The kid loves his walks (outside).
Another thing that Maddox loves:
THE UCLA BRUINS! (Cue the fight song)...Steve will go into more detail on this one, but you cannot pry this kid away from the TV when the game is on. Don't even try to take the clicker from him, he is scary, scary when the game is on. Thank goodness the Bruins are on a winning streak.

Your son is GORGEOUS! And adorable too. I love that you tried to convince him that a stroll around the living room was a walk -- you're hilarious!

Lind-SEY! Are you the one leaving the mysterious comments on my blog? It takes some effort to post there... Interestingly, I just discovered you on your sister's blog..which was the only place I figured someone would find mine. Exciting eh? I'm glad Maddox wouldn't have the stroll around the living room, smart kid. I also like that dolphins will be spontaneously sprouting from my head soon...I can't wait! BR-ent

I'm a little slow on the take but Maddox is so cute! I was reading the thing on acid reflux and Sandifer syndrome, that's all really interesting to me, Aidan had reflex really bad. He was seen at Stanford up until last year... call me if you need any help or if the little cutie is still having it! He's adorable!

I won't accept such sort of family though it is quite comfortable. I prefer the family with mom which is not rich but ample in my heart
